Allison Routman is a Certified Pilates Instructor and Health Education Specialist.  She teaches small group reformer classes focusing on core strength, flexibility, breath work, balance, mind-body connection, and control.  Allison has always been interested in health and wellness, but fell in love with Pilates and began formal training in 2016.  She tries to bring a personalized, challenging, and feel-good approach to her classes!

AR: My favorite snack is fresh fruit and favorite meal is Thai curry.

AR: No secret.  I treat myself to what makes me feel good.

AR: Greek yogurt, banana, strawberry, mango, spinach
