Hayley is from Australia and has a background in osteopathic manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation. After several years practicing as an osteopath in Australia, she felt that something was missing in her approach to helping her clients recover from their pain and injuries. This was when she discovered Pilates and she hasn’t looked back. She found the combination of traditional rehab techniques and Pilates very powerful. She could see how Pilates helped her clients not only recover from their injuries faster, but move and feel better also. She enjoys making Pilates accessible for both injured and non injured clients looking to improve their fitness, health and well-being.
