In addition to teaching Pilates, Kasey is in the process of earning a degree in psychology. For many years, she practiced capoeira, an amazing combination of martial arts, dancing, and acrobatics. However, she still felt she needed more flexibility, core strength and balance. After searching high and low for an alternative that could provide these things, she discovered Pilates. She fell in love with Pilates and eventually made it not just her own hobby, but also her full time job. Her mission is to help people to achieve stronger, more balanced, and healthier bodies, while gaining the maximum benefits of Pilates and achieving personal fitness goals.
