Zoe Feldman has been an instructor at BK Pilates since May of 2015. She is a Flatbush resident and mother of 2 active boys. She has been committed to physical disciplines her entire life, including: Dance, Gymnastics, Japanese Martial Arts, Running, Yoga and Pilates. Her passion is helping her clients achieve their personal version of optimal physical health through hands on instruction and guidance. Her attention to detail, care, and warmth create a wonderful environment for her one-on-one privates and group reformer classes.


Q: What is your favorite healthy snack and favorite meal?

Q: What is your favorite skincare line right now and do you have a routine that you would like to share? Most essential skin care tip? Answer any or all of the above!
ZF: Favorite skincare line: Kiehls. Essential skincare tip: Remove makeup thoroughly using a gentle eye makeup remover and Ponds Cold Cream for face with a towel or cotton pad, then wash with soap. I follow with an alcohol-free toner and always immediately well-moisturize face and eye area.

Q: Do you have a wellness secret?
ZF: Lots of stretching every day, drink a lot of water, and no alcohol (except special occasions).

Q: There are so many smoothie varieties out there! What do you put in your favorite smoothie?
ZF: Almond milk, almond butter, banana, baby spinach, hemp seeds, and maca powder

Q: What is your favorite meal to cook?
ZF: Chicken soup

Q: What are some activities you like to do outside of Pilates?
ZF: Yoga, Latin ballroom dancing, thrift shopping for vintage clothing

ZF: Yes!
